Practice and Exploration of Establishing Teaching Quality Monitoring Department in Higher Vocational Colleges

教学质量监控与保障部门作为学校教学质量监控体系运行的职能部门,担负着实施全程监控并形成长效的质量保障机制的重任。分析了教学质量监控和保障部门建设的必要性及其工作重点和工作模式,并在此基础上探讨了教学质量监控部门目前面临的问题。

As an important part of higher education,the scale of higher vocational education is expanding in latest years. How to improve the quality of education has become the first problem faced by higher vocational colleges. As a functional department which monitors and supervises the quality of teaching of school,teaching quality monitoring and guarantee department bear the burdens of whole process monitoring and forming long-term quality guarantee mechanism. This paper analyzes the necessity of constructing teaching quality monitoring and guarantee department and analyzes its emphasis and work modes. This paper also discusses the problems faced by teaching quality monitoring and guarantee department based on the above analysis.
