摘要
针对高职教育扩招,学生层次化现象严重问题,依据因材施教理论,以及教育过程最优化理论,在高职英语教学中对学生、教师、教材和考试进行分层教学,取得了一定的成效。分析了分层教学的优点及相应的不足,旨在提高大学英语教学的效果和质量。
With the increasing recruitment in higher vocational education,the students layered phenomenon becomes increasingly serious. From the individualized theory as well as the education process optimization theory,the class-selection teaching methods including the selections of teaching staff,students,textbooks and exams are adopted in professional college English teaching.The paper discusses the present situation of layering method in college English teaching,sums up its advantages and disadvantages,aiming to improve the effect and quality of college English teaching.
