高职院校学生党员发展质量保障体系的构建——以江阴职业技术学院为例

Construction of Quality Guarantee System for Admitting New Student Party Members in Higher Vocational Colleges:Take Jiangyin Polytechnic College as an Example

高职院校学生党员的发展质量事关党的事业,是一项必须高度重视的政治工作。结合实践,分析和总结了高职院校学生党员发展中存在的入党动机多样化、发展标准有偏差、培养考察不到位、党员结构不合理、党建队伍人手少等问题,提出了构建大学生党员发展质量保障体系的有效对策。

Admitting new student Party members in higher vocational colleges is a political work that must be attached great importance to. With the practical cases in college,the article analyzes and concludes the problems of admitting new Party members,including diversified motives,biased standards,insufficient investigation,unreasonable structure and lack of manpower. Some suggestions are offered to ensure the sound development of quality guarantee system.
