通过育人状况的调查,发现教学管理方面,专业导师需要加强育人意识,学院打造特色校园文化是学生和教师的共同愿望,学生管理的育人功能方面,师生对学生社团的满意程度存在差异、学校的帮困助学工作总体有利于学生的学习和发展、学院奖学金评比制度能够激励学生的学习、学校对毕业生的跟踪育人工作需要继续、物管人员的育人作用不可小视。对策方面,需要建立教书育人、管理育人、服务育人、实践育人四大育人体系,形成"全员、全过程、全方位"育人局面。

Throughout the research on education situation,professional instructors should improve their consciousness of education; to build special campus culture is the common goal both of students and teachers. In the function of education,students and staffs have different degrees of satisfaction to student clubs. In general,work of assisting the poor students has a beneficial effect on education and the development of students and college scholarship encourages students＇ studying. The follow-up service from college to graduate students should be continued and we cannot ignore the effect of property management stuffs＇ function. We should build systems of education,management,service and practice to form the education for＂all the people,all process and all dimensions＂.
