Practice of Socialism Core Values and Personality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

培育和践行社会主义核心价值观是高职院校人才培养中,实现人的全面发展的重要途径,人格教育则是实现人的全面发展的根本要素。高职院校学生人格培养教育的主要途径是坚持"课堂育人"发挥课堂教学主渠道作用,坚持"实践育人"加强社会实践教育作用,坚持"制度育人"完善学校治理机制,坚持"文化育人"注重校园文化建设。

To cultivate and practice socialism core values is an important approach to achieve students ＇ comprehensive development in high vocational colleges. Meanwhile the personality education is the basic element of achieving people＇s comprehensive development. It＇s a main way of personality education in college to insist ＂ in-class cultivation＂ and let it plays a major role during education; to insist ＂ practice cultivation＂,that means we should strengthen education of social practice; to insist ＂ institution cultivation＂ that means college should optimize it ＇s management system construction; to insist ＂ cultural cultivation＂,that means we should focus on college culture construction.
