摘要
在高等教育学校系统中,教学管理工作关乎教学活动的运行、课程目标的落实以及创新型人才培养的品质与效能。当前,随着我国教育发展的核心矛盾从规模扩张转向质量提升,高校教学管理工作需要充分考虑时代发展的基本形势,通过深层次结构性变革来实现"新常态"的创设与完善,即重塑基于人本理念的教学管理目标,构建以心理契约理论为指导的民主管理制度,挖掘先进技术手段在管理过程中的育人效能,创新教学管理的评估机制并不断壮大以教学发展中心为依托的教学管理研究队伍。
In school system of higher education, teaching management directly affect organization of teaching activities, achievement of courses objectives and development of innovative talents. Recently, given the new focus of our national education development, which is from scale expansion to quality improvement, it is necessary to make teach- ing management fully comply with the basic situation of the times. Universities should take action to create the "new normal" of teaching management through deep structural changes. It means that we need to remodel teaching management objectives based on humanistic philosophy, construct democratic management system as the guide of Psychological Contract Theory, use advanced technology to improve the management efficiency, recreate evaluation mechanism and expand research team relaying on Center for Teaching Development.
