欧洲MOOC发展的特点与问题--《欧洲高等教育机构的MOOC策略》报告解读 被引量:6

摘要 MOOC引入欧洲三年来发展良好,高等教育机构对MOOC兴趣渐浓。欧洲远程教育大学联合会的报告《欧洲高等教育机构的MOOC策略》显示,高等教育机构发展MOOC的主要目标是影响新学习者和创造弹性学习机会,而政府推动MOOC的宏观驱动力是对e技术和工作的需求、提高学习质量和国际化。在发展过程中,欧洲MOOC具有谨慎引入、自下而上和注重结合已有的技术和理念的特点,也存在着相互合作不足、与传统的在线教育融合还不够、缺乏课程质量评定标准等问题。 MOOC has been introduced to Europe for three years and developed well. European higher education institutions are becoming more and more interested in MOOC. European Association of Distance Teaching Universities' MOOC strategy report shows that the main goal of the European higher education institutions to develop MOOC is to influence new learners and create flexible learning opportunities, and the macro driving force for governments to promote MOOC is the need for (e-)skill and jobs, improve the quality of learning and globalization and internationalization. During the development process, the European MOOC has the characteristics of being cautious, from the bottom up and combination of the existing technologies and ideas. There are also problems such as the lack of cooperation, not integration of the traditional online education enough and the lack of curriculum quality assessment standards.
