摘要
阐述了目前我国危险废物处置利用的发展阶段、能力现状,存在的问题及其原因,提出相应的管理建议,即加快危险废物利用处置设施建设进度,提高利用处置设施运行效率、水平,防止二次污染以及加大相关管理和技术人才培养,从而提高我国危险废物无害化利用和处理处置能力,促进危险废物处置利用行业健康发展。
The paper describes the current development stage, capacity status, the existing problems and their causes of utilization and disposal of hazardous wastes; proposes to accelerate the utilization and disposal facilities construction progress of hazard？ous wastes; improves the operational efficiency and level of utilization and disposal facilities; prevents secondary pollution and increases the relevant management and technical personnel training, so as to increase the harmless utilization, treatment and disposal capacity of hazardous wastes.
