呼吸衰竭是危重症急救中最常见的问题,呼吸与危重症专科医师是危重症医学中最重要的技术力量之一。本文结合危重症医学的发展历史及国际呼吸与危重症医学的发展现状,评述我国实行呼吸与危重症医学专科医师规范化培养的必要性,并就培养方法进行了探讨。

Respiratory failure is the most common problem in critical care, and respiratory and critical care physi- cians are the most important technical force in critical care medicine. Based on the development history of critical care medicine and the current international developing situation of the respiratory and critical care medicine, the necessity and imperative of standardized training for physician on respiratory and critical care medicine, along with the training meth- ods, were discussed.
