非体外循环下小儿主动脉缩窄的手术治疗
摘要
主动脉缩窄临床较少见，病死率高，目前外科手术是该病首选的治疗方法。单纯型COA指仅伴或不伴PDA的COA。2012年9月-2015年3月我院采用非体外循环技术外科治疗单纯型COA5例，效果良好，报道如下。
