摘要
对35%虫螨腈·茚虫威悬浮剂测定方法进行研究。采用高效液相色谱法分析虫螨腈·茚虫威复配制剂,使用C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇-水为流动相,用外标法对有效成分进行分析和定量。高效液相色谱分析测定虫螨腈、茚虫威的标准偏差分别为0.143和0.110,变异系数分别为0.56%和1.08%,平均回收率分别为99.4%和99.3%。方法具有简便、快捷、精密度和准确度高的特点。
The analysis method of chlorfenapyr and indoxacarb 35%suspension concentrate（SC） was studied.Analysis of chlorfenapyr-indoxacarb mixture by HPLC with a C18 reversed-phase column and a UV detector,and methanol and water as mobile phase of weak acid modulated with phosphoric acid liquid was conducted,and the effective components were analyzed and quantified with external standard method.The standard deviations,variation coefficient and average recovery of the method were 0.143,0.56%,99.4%and 0.110,1.08%,99.3%for chlorfenapyr and indoxacarb respectively.The method has the advantages of convenience,fast,high precision and accuracy.
