广西城乡居民艾滋病知识知晓状况的调查分析

Survey on awareness of knowledge about AIDS among urban and rural residents in Guangxi

目的了解广西各地城乡居民艾滋病知识知晓状况,为艾滋病宣传教育策略和措施的制定提供参考。方法采用《大众艾滋病知识知晓率调查方案》,对广西14个市城乡居民的艾滋病综合知识及基本知识知晓状况进行调查。结果广西城市、农村居民艾滋病综合知识知晓率中位数分别为91.0%（86.0%~100.0%）、86.2%（81.5%~96.0%）,艾滋病基本知识知晓率中位数分别为93.7%（88.0%~100.0%）、89.7%（84.0%~97.0%）,城市居民的综合知识及基本知识知晓率均高于农村居民（P〈0.05）。4大经济区间城市及农村居民艾滋病综合知识知晓率和城市居民艾滋病基本知识知晓率比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,其中桂林区域的城市居民艾滋病综合知识知晓率及基本知识知晓率最高（P〈0.05）,梧州区域的农村居民艾滋病基本知识知晓率最高。结论广西各地农村居民艾滋病综合知识和基本知识知晓较低,今后应加强对农村居民的宣传工作,并根据不同地区的特点采取针对性宣传方案,从而有效提高城乡居民的知晓率。

Objective To understand the awareness of knowledge about AIDS among urban and rural residents in Guangxi in order to provide the reference for formulating strategies and measures of AIDS publicity and education. Methods Survey Scheme of Public Awareness Rate of Knowledge about AIDS was applied to the survey on awareness rate of comprehensive and basic knowledge about AIDS in urban and rural residents from 14 cities in Guangxi. Results For the urban and rural residents in Guangxi,the medians of awareness rates of comprehensive knowledge and basic knowledge about AIDS were 91. 0%（ 86. 0%-100. 0%） and 86. 2%（ 81. 5%-96. 0%）,respectively. And the awareness rates of comprehensive knowledge and basic knowledge were all higher in urban residents compared to those in rural residents（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was statistically significant difference in the awareness rate of comprehensive knowledge about AIDS of urban and rural residents as well as the awareness rate of basic knowledge about AIDS of urban residents among the four economic regions（ P 〈 0. 05）. Guilin region achieved the highest awareness rates of comprehensive knowledge and basic knowledge about AIDS of urban residents,while Wuzhou region obtained the highest awareness rate of basic knowledge about AIDS of rural residents（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The awareness rates of comprehensive knowledge of rural residents in every regions of Guangxi are low. The publicity for rural residents should be strengthened in the future. And in order to improve the awareness rate of urban and rural residents,a targeted publicity should be adopted according to the characteristics of different regions.
