Selection and Cultivation Techniques of a New Maize Hybrid ‘Danyu 208'

丹玉208是丹东农业科学院以玉米自交系R1152为母本,以自交系F1221为父本杂交组配而成玉米杂交种。该杂交种具有高产、优质、抗倒伏、抗叶斑病和适应性广等特点。适宜在辽宁省春播玉米区种植,种植适宜密度在5.25万株~6万株/hm2。

Maize hybrid cultivar Danyu 208 was developed by Dandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Liaoning Province using inbred line Rl152 as female parent and the F1221 as male parent . According to the variety production test , Danyu 208 has the characteristics of high yield, good quality, muli-resistance and wide adaptation. The variety is suitable for direct seeding in spring in Liaoning province . The density of the variety was up to 52 500 -60 000 plants/hm2.
