摘要 为研究及评价掺配不同纤维的SMA混合料综合性能,在对国内SMA混合料研究学习的基础上,研究了木质素、聚酯、聚丙烯、玄武岩和海泡石纤维对SMA混合料综合路用性能的影响,试验结果表明,不同类型的纤维对SMA混合料合理的体积组成设计和高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性以及疲劳抗裂性均有显著影响,海泡石纤维的综合路用性能最优,聚丙烯纤维的低温抗裂性和抗疲劳耐久性较好,而木质素纤维的低温抗裂性和抗疲劳性能最差,工程中必须结合实际工程的要求和道路所在地区的气候分区特点,对纤维材料的性能和特点进行选择和取舍,纤维对SMA混合料的改性机理在于增粘作用、界面增强作用、吸附稳定作用和加筋阻裂作用,研究成果对于SMA混合料的推广应用具有较好的借鉴。 To study and evaluate the comprehensive performance of different fiber SMA mixture, based on the study of different fiber SMA mixture at home and abroad, studied the influence of lignin, pol- yester,polypropylene,basalt and sepiolite fiber on SMA Mixture comprehensive road performance,The re- suits showed that different types of fibers for SMA reasonable volume mix design and composition of high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance, water stability, and resistance to fatigue crack had significant effects comprehensive road sepiolite fiber with optimal performance,low temperature cracking resistance and good fatigue resistance of polypropylene fibers,while the worst low temperature cracking re- sistance lignin fibers and fatigue resistance,the project must be combined with practical engineering zon- ing requirements and climatic characteristics of the road area of the fiber material properties and charac- teristics of the selection and choice, modification mechanism SMA fiber mixture is thickening effect,inter- face enhancement, stabilization and reinforcement adsorption effect of crack resistance, findings for SMA mix aoolication has a good reference.
