摘要
在土中掺加聚丙烯纤维可以有效的改善土体的力学性能,为了解掺加聚丙烯纤维对土体路用性能的影响,采用了击实试验、CBR试验和回弹模量试验,研究了掺加纤维、击实功对各指标的影响。试验结果表明,掺加聚丙烯纤维降低了土体的最佳含水量和最大干密度,尤其是对最佳含水量的影响比较显著;掺加聚丙烯纤维可以显著的提高土体的CBR值和回弹模量,并且随着纤维掺量的增加(纤维与干土的质量比:0%~0.6%),纤维加筋土的CBR值和回弹模量也随之增加,加筋土的CBR值受到试验击实功的影响比较显著,提高击实功有利于纤维加筋作用的发挥,因此,在土中掺加聚丙烯纤维可以改善土体的路用性能。
Mechanical property could be enhanced when Polypropylene fiber is mixed in soil. In order to study the property of Polypropylene fiber reinforced soil used in road construction, compaction test,CBR test and modulus of resilience test were implemented, and fiber amount and compaction effort were considered. The results show that maximum dry density and optimum water content are reduced with fiber added, and the impact on optimum water content is more significant, CBR and rebound modulus are enhanced with fiber added, and the two parameters increase with the increasing amount of fiber( mass rati- o of fiber by dry soil:0%~ 0. 6% ), and the influence of CBR by compaction effort is more significant, compaction effort is conducive for the fiber function, so the property of soil used for road construction could be improved with Polypropylene fiber added.
