加速康复理念在胰腺外科中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 快通道外科（fast track surgery,FTS）也称加速康复外科（enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS）,是指采用循证医学证据的一系列围手术期优化措施,以阻断或减轻机体的应激反应,促进病人术后尽快康复[1]. 通过对围手术期医疗和护理工作规范化统筹, 以最小的生理干扰完成外科手术治疗,加速病人术后康复.
