局部晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗患者营养状况与免疫功能的相关性研究

The correlation between nutritional status and immune function in locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients

目的分析局部晚期鼻咽癌患者放化疗期间营养状况,并探讨其与免疫功能的相关性。方法采用调查问卷对136例局部晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗患者分别在治疗前及治疗第14、28、42、56天,治疗后3个月和6个月进行营养状况、免疫功能评价,并分析营养状况与免疫功能之间的相关性。结果 136例患者在治疗期间均发生不同程度的营养不良,且持续到治疗结束后3个月及6个月。多因素分析显示,患者的免疫功能中,Ig G、Ig A与营养状况密切相关(P<0.01)。结论局部晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗患者治疗期间普遍存在不同程度的营养不良,其与免疫功能中体液免疫密切相关。

Objective To analyze the nutritional status of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients during therapy and explore the correlation between nutritional status and immune function. Methods Questionnaires were used on 136 cases with locally advanced nasopharyngeal cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy plus chemotherapy before treatment and at the 14th, 28th, 42th, 56th days during treatment, three months and six months after treatment to evaluate nutritional status, immune function and further analysis the correlation between nutritional status and immune function of these patients. Results Varying degrees of malnutrition were found in 136 cases of patients during treatment and continued until three months to six months after the end of treatment. Multivariate analysis showed that patients nutritional status closely related to the IgG, IgA （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The prevalence of concurrent of varying degrees of malnutrition on locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with chemoradiothera- lay, is closely related to immune function in humoral immunity.
