甩手运动配合缩唇腹式呼吸对COPD稳定期患者生活质量的影响

摘要 目的探讨甩手运动配合呼吸锻炼对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺康复效果的影响,为COPD稳定期患者肺康复锻炼提供科学依据。方法选择COPD稳定期的病人120例,随机分为4组,每组30例。观察组1为甩手运动组,观察组2为缩唇腹式呼吸组,观察组3为甩手运动联合缩唇腹式呼吸组,对照组为常规组。结果四组患者各项指标比较有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论甩手运动配合缩唇腹式呼吸能改善COPD稳定期患者的肺功能和提高生活质量。 Objective To explore the influence of swing arms exercise combined with half-closed lip abdominal respiration on the quality of life of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), aimed to provide the scientific basis for their pulmonary rehabilitation exercise. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with stable COPD were seleeted and randomly divided into four groups, 30 eases in each group. Observation group 1 were given swing arms exercise; Observation group 2 were given half-closed lip abdominal respiration training; Observation group 3 were given swing arms exercise combined with half-closed lip abdominal respiration. Control group were given conventional training. Results There were significant differences in the indexes of the four groups. (P 〈 0.05). Condusions Swing arms exercise combined with half-closed lip abdominal respiration can improve their pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with stable COPD.
