摘要
人们在行为之后,不管是成功还是失败,总要对此进行原因解释即归因,而归因(包括积极的和消极的)直接影响着人们的情感、期望和行为。因此管理者应引导人们对行为的成败结果进行积极归因,提高对成功的期望和行为的功效感。
When completing action,no matter success or failure,people always explain the reasons,namely attribution,including positive and negative,and directly affect the emotion,expectation and action of people.The aim of the thesis is to guide people positive attribution for result of action,and to enhance expectation of success and sense of action efficacy.
