摘要
华强金廊城市广场(一期)3#楼为框架-双核心筒结构体系,框支柱采用型钢混凝土柱,6层为转换层。采用PERFORM-3D软件对华强金廊城市广场(一期)3#楼超高层结构进行弹塑性时程分析,并对转换梁方案和转换斜墙方案进行分析对比,通过层间位移角、楼层剪力、构件耗能和构件损伤等计算结果得出,转换梁方案的框支剪力墙在大震作用下出现剪切破坏,转换框架的屈服程度和范围较大;转换斜墙方案的斜墙在大震作用下未出现剪切破坏,避免了由于刚度突变使斜墙过早出现破坏,转换框架的屈服程度和范围较小,满足抗震性能要求。
Huaqiang Gold Corridor City Square( Phase 1) 3 # building adopts frame-double corewall structural system.Steel-reinforced concrete column is applied for the frame-supporting column,and the sixth layer is the transfer layer.PERFORM-3D software was applied to carry out elasto-plastic time-history analysis on the super high-rise structure of Huaqiang Gold Corridor City Square( Phase 1) 3# building. And two schemes of transfer beam and transfer inclined wall were compared. The story drift ratio,story shear,component energy dissipation and component damage in the two schemes were analyzed. The results indicate that in transfer beam scheme,shear failure occurs in frame-supporting shear wall and transfer frame has a wide degree and range of yield. Shear failure is not observed in the transfer inclined wall scheme under the rare earthquake,which avoids early failure of inclined wall due to the stiffness mutation. And transfer frame has a little degree and range of yield which can satisfy the seismic performance requirements.
