摘要
精益生产对提高生产线效率有着重要的意义。目前制造业向着小批量多品种方向发展,F公司精益生产改造已是大势所在。应用Flexsim仿真软件,对现有生产线进行仿真,在系统分析仿真数据的基础上,以精益生产设计、生产线平衡、物流优化设计为理论,对生产线进行优化。再次仿真优化后的生产线,得出相应数据证明优化方案的可行性。研究结果表明:精益生产线设计、生产平衡、物流优化对提高生产线效率有着重要的意义。
Lean production is of great significance to improve the efficiency of production line. At present manufacturing industry is developed toward small batch more varieties,F company lean transformation is a general trend. Flexsim simulation software was applied to simulate the existing production line. Based on the simulation data,with lean production design,production line balancing,logistics optimization design theory,the production line was optimized. The optimizated production line was simulated again,the corresponding data proved the feasibility of the optimized scheme. The results show that lean production line design,production balance,logistics optimization are of great significance to improve the efficiency of production line.
