摘要
主要针对C-EPs管柱助力式电动转向因尺寸、结构设计不合理而产生的石块路颤响问题进行深度剖析,提出优化设计方案;并对优化设计前后相关零部件进行对比分析。该优化设计已经经过试验验证及批量生产验证,且适用于同平台车型。
Due to unreasonable design of structure and size,automobile equipped with C-EPS electric steering column generates fibrillation driving on stone road. To solve the problem,in-depth analysis was done,optimal design scheme was proposed,contrast analyses before and after optimization were completed to related parts. The optimal design has been passed experimental verification and batch verification. It is fitted to same platform models too.
