摘要
超支化聚苯硫醚的分子呈不规则的三维准球形结构,分子中存在大量结构上的缺陷和残缺的支链,还包括部分线性结构单元,官能团部分位于分子的表面,部分存在于分子的内部,它的相对分子质量分布较宽,支化度在0~1之间。尽管超支化聚苯硫醚的结构并不如树枝状大分子那样完美,但是它具有树枝状大分子的许多优异的性能,如较小的黏度、良好的溶解性、具有大量末端官能团和分子空隙等。因此,超支化聚苯硫醚具有良好的流动性,很容易形成单分子膜,在膜材料上具有很大的应用价值。由于超支化聚苯硫醚属于共轭体系的聚合物,联苯基撑基团与硫原子的共轭效应,使其具有优异的光学特性,在光性能方面的应用具有独特的优势。
Hyperbranched poly(phenylene sulfide)has irregular three-dimensional,quasi-spherical structure.There are a large number of defects,incomplete branches and partial,linear structural units.Part of functional groups is on the surface of the molecule and the other part is present in the molecule and internally.It has a broad relative molecular mass distribution,which degree of branching is between 0 and 1.Although hyperbranched poly(phenylene sulfide)structure is not as perfect as dendrimers,it has many excellent properties of dendrimers,such as a small viscosity,good solubility,a large number of terminal functional groups and molecules voids,etc.Therefore hyperbranched poly(phenylene sulfide)has good mobility and it is easy to form a single molecule film,which has great value on the application of film material.Because of hyperbranched poly(phenylene sulfide)is a kind of conjugated system,biphenyl support groups and conjugated effect from sulfur atom will make it exhibits excellent optical properties,which has unique advantages in optical performance applications.
