摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机加工云母填充聚丙烯(PP),研究主喂和侧喂两种喂料工艺对复合材料外观和性能的影响,并分析其原因。结果表明:相对侧喂工艺,主喂工艺更能使云母在PP中分布均匀,云母填充PP塑料颗粒外观更漂亮,流动性更好,力学性能更优异,尤其是悬臂梁缺口冲击强度提高了41.40%,弯曲强度提高了22.04%。
Polypropylene filled with mica was prepared with a co-rotating twin screw extruder.The influences of feeding process including main feeding and side feeding on the appearance and properties of the composite were studied,and the reasons were analyzed.The results show that comparing to side feeding,the polypropylene composite prepared by main feeding has better mica distributing,better plastic particles appearance,better melt flow rate,higher mechanical properties,especially notched impact strength of cantilever beam improved by 41.40%,blending strength improved by 22.04%.
