摘要
高校本科专业选修课是根据学生知识水平和能力而开设的与所学专业高度相关的一类课程。目前,高校大学生普遍对专业选修课的学习兴趣下降,学习积极性缺乏,从而出现实践能力培养效果差和教学的实效性差等现象。文章通过引导教师在教学中运用目标设置理论、成就激励理论、强化激励理论和场动力理论等激励理论,促进大学生加强对课程的认知和主动学习,从而改善和提升学习效果,达到专业的人才培养目标。
Specialized elective courses in undergraduate colleges and universities in light of knowledge levels and abilities of students are closely related to majors. It is ubiquitous for college students that learning interest decreases and learning enthusiasm is absent,leading to the poor practical ability and teaching actual effect. It is proposed that a series of incentive theories are introduced to teaching in this paper,such as goal-setting theory,achievement incentive theory,strengthening incentive theory and field dynamic theory. This promotes the student to comprehend the courses and strengthens initiative,thereby improving learning effect and reaching professional talent training target.
