摘要
目前国内粮库主要使用专用控制系统,可靠性差,标准化程度较低。重点对粮库自动化过程中的需求进行分析,在此基础上提出了一种基于GCS通用控制系统和Vx SCADA通用监控软件设计的智能化粮库平台解决方案,针对粮储行业的应用特点进行了产品适用性改造和二次开发,取得了很好的预期效果。
Currently, the special purpose control system of the domestic Grain Depot has low reliability and low standardization. Put emphasis on the analysis of the need of the process automation, then put forward a solution of intelligent platform of Grain Depot, which is the design based on the GCS general control system and VxSCADA general monitor software. Withing the reform of the applicability and development, according to the characteristics of the application of the grain storage industry, this solution achieved the good expectation.
