摘要
利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立大型膜片橡胶块联轴器的有限元模型,对其进行静态刚度仿真分析,计算出了膜片橡胶块联轴器的静态扭转刚度、径向及轴向刚度。最后,通过建立联轴器刚度计算模型,提出了联轴器中橡胶块部件和膜片组部件对联轴器径向和轴向刚度贡献量的计算方法,为联轴器的进一步设计研究提供了指导意义。
By using the finite element software ABAQUS,the finite element model of large diaphragm-rubber coupling is established,and the simulation and analysis of its static stiffness is carried out,the static torsional stiffness,radial and axial stiffness of the diaphragm- rubber coupling are calculated. Finally,through the establishment of the coupling stiffness calculation model,the calculation method of the contribution amount of couplings rubber block coupling components and the diaphragm components to radial and axial stiffness is proposed,the guidance for further study of the coupling design is provided.
