本文从《资本论》创作史的角度,采用文本分析的方法,研究了马克思从19世纪五十年代到七十年代创作《资本论》过程中对黑格尔唯心辩证法的批判、继承和发展,说明马克思和黑格尔的关系并非在19世纪四十年代中期就已断裂,而是伴随马克思的一生。深入探讨《资本论》和黑格尔的关系,对马克思主义经济思想史、哲学史以及马克思辩证法的研究具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

From the perspective of writing history of Das Kapital,the paper takes a textual approach for studying Marx's criticism,inheritance and development of Hegel's idealist dialectics during his writing of Das Kapital between 1850 s and 1870 s. It has demonstrated that the relationship between Marx and Hegel had not broken down,but instead had continued for the whole life of Marx. Making an in- depth discussion on the relationship between Das Kapital and Hegel is of great theoretical value and practical significance to studies on history of Marxist economic thoughts,history of Marx's philosophy and Marx's dialectics as well.
