摘要
首先给出了动态测量的概念,概括了动态特性测试涉及的科学问题;据此,提出了动态电能测量和稳态电能测量的概念,给出了动态负荷、动态负荷特性、冲击负荷、动态电流的定义。进而,提出了动态测试激励信号建模的要求、电能表动态特性测试的相关要求、以及电能表的系统动态建模要求。其次,论述了电能表动态测试信号与系统建模的研究现况。然后,通过对比控制系统、测量系统、传感器的动态建模研究现状,指出了电能表的系统建模和测试信号建模的不足与存在问题,以及电能表的系统建模与测试信号建模的复杂性和差异性。最后,在分析控制系统与传感器的动态特性指标的基础上,提出了电能表的动态特性指标。论述的内容旨在为智能电能表动态特性的研究方面提供系统的研究思路,明确了电能表动态测试信号的建模要求和电能表系统建模要求。
Firstly,concepts for dynamic measurement and related scientific problems involved in dynamic characteristics test were summarized in this paper. On this basis,concepts for dynamic electric energy measurement and stable electric energy measurement were proposed,and definitions of dynamic load,dynamic load characteristic,impulse load,dynamiccurrent were given. Then,therequirementson modelingof dynamic test excitation signals and dynamic characteristictestof energy meter,and system modelingof smartmeter were provided. Secondly,existing research on dynamic test excitation signals and system modeling were discussed in the areas of control system,test system and sensor system.Compared with these researches,the weakness and problems of energy meter were pointed out,and the complexity and difference of energy were shown. Finally,based on the analysis of dynamic characteristic index in control system and sensor system,the index of dynamic characteristic in energy meter were proposed. This paper aims to give new research idea in dynamic characteristic of energy meter,and to clarify the modeling requirement of dynamic test signalsand system modeling of smart meter.
