县级公立医院专科床位配置标准研究

Research on the Specialist Beds Allocation Standard of the County-Level Public Hospital

目的以县级公立医院结核病专科为例,探讨县级公立医院专科建设中合理的床位配置标准。方法利用湖北省3个县县级公立医院结核病专科服务提供数据,运用卫生服务需求法测算结核病专科床位配置标准。结果不同方法计算出的床位供需状态存在很大的差异,需求法显示3个县县级公立医院结核病专科床位供过于求;卫生服务需求法测算床位配置标准更加合理;结核病管理患者数不同、住院率不同,结核病专科相应的床位配置标准就不同。结论床位配置应以满足患者卫生服务需求为出发点,建议采用卫生服务需求法测算床位配置标准;采用改进的卫生服务需求法测算出的床位配置标准可以为结核病专科配置床位提供参考;县级公立医院进行专科建设时,应该完善对床位配置标准的测算。

Objective To explore the reasonable specialist beds allocation standard of County-level public hospital,taking the tuberculosis specialist as an example. Methods By means of the database of TB specialist of three county-level public hospitals, the status of supply and demand of TB beds were analyzed. And the beds allocation standard of TB specialist was measured by means of the health services demand method. Results There are big difference between the status of supply and demand by two methods, and there are bed glut by means of health services demand method. The beds allocation standard by means of health services demand method is more reasonable than that by service target method. Conclusion The bed allocation standard should be calculated by mears of the service demand method. The beds allocation standard by the method that the research apply can provide reference for beds allocating of TB specialist. The county-level public hospital should improve calculating beds allocation in specialist construction.
