绞股蓝微粉发酵物对育肥猪生长性能和粪便微生物菌群的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Fermented GynostemmaSuperfine Powder on Growth Performance and Microbial Flora in Feces of Fattening Pigs

摘要 为了研究绞股蓝微粉发酵物对育肥猪生长性能和粪便微生物菌群的影响,选取70头70日龄"杜×长×大"保育猪,随机分为7组,每组10头,试验期28d。其中,Ⅰ组为不用药对照组,Ⅱ组~Ⅳ组分别为未发酵绞股蓝微粉5、10、15g/kg剂量组,Ⅴ组~Ⅶ组分别为绞股蓝微粉发酵物5、10、15g/kg剂量组。在试验期第1天、第28天时测定各组育肥猪的体重;每天记录各组育肥猪的采食量,腹泻猪头数;在试验期第27天时,采集各组育肥猪的4份粪样,测定其粪便微生物菌群。结果显示,10g/kg绞股蓝微粉发酵物能显著提高育肥猪的平均日增重、平均日采食量(P〈0.05),显著降低其料肉比(P〈0.05),降低腹泻率(P〉0.05);10g/kg绞股蓝微粉发酵物可显著提高粪便中的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌的数量(P〈0.05),显著降低大肠埃希菌的数量(P〈0.05)。研究表明,绞股蓝微粉发酵物能显著提高育肥猪的生长性能,显著促进肠道中双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌的增殖,显著抑制肠道内大肠埃希菌的繁殖,显著优于未发酵绞股蓝微粉。 To investigate the effects of fermented ultrafine powder of Gynostemmaon grow performance and microbial flora in feces of fattening pigs,a total of 70crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)nursery pigs at 70 days were selected and randomly divided into 7groups,10 pigs each,for 6-week-trial.The piglets in each group had statistically no significantly different body weight.GroupⅠ was the control group,receiving no herbs.GroupsⅡ-Ⅳ were fed with 5,10,15g/kg unfermented Gynostemmasuperfine powder in diet.Pigs in group Ⅴ-Ⅶ were given with 5,10,15g/kg fermented ultrafine powder of Gynostemmain diet,respectively.The body weights of pigs were determined in trial 1d,28d;feed intake and diarrhea counts of fattening pigs were recorded daily.4fecal samples of fattening pigs were gathered,and its microbial flora in feces were measured in trail 27 d.The results indicated that 10g/kg fermented ultrafine powder of Gynostemma could increase significantly the average daily feed intake(ADFI),average daily gain(ADG)of fattening pigs(P〈0.05),and decrease significantly pig's feed/gain(F/G),reduce pig's diarrhea rate,reduce the diarrhea rate(P〉0.05);10g/kg fermented ultrafine powder of Gynostemma could increase significantly the number of Bifidobacteriumand Lactobacillusin feces of fattening pigs(P〈0.05),and decrease significantly the number of Escherichiacoil(P〈0.05).The results suggested that the fermented ultrafine powder of Gynostemma could significantly increase the growth performance of fattening pigs,and significantly promote the proliferation of intestinal Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,significantly inhibit the reproduction of Escherichia coil in the gut,and have significantly better results than the unfermented Gynostemmasuperfine powder.
