弯曲菌对临床常用抗菌药物耐药机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 弯曲菌(Campylobacter)是一类重要的人畜共患病原菌,能引起人与动物的多种疾病。由于抗菌药物的广泛应用,导致了多药耐药弯曲菌逐年增多,一旦耐药弯曲菌通过食物链传播给人,将会给临床弯曲菌病的治疗带来巨大困难。弯曲菌耐药性的产生主要是由于药物作用靶位点突变、耐药基因的水平传播及多药耐药外排泵引起。论文对临床常用于治疗弯曲菌感染的抗菌药物杀菌机理和其耐药机制做一综述,为有效控制弯曲菌耐药性的产生、传播和公共卫生提供参考。 Campylobacteris a significant zoonotic pathogen which can lead to diverse diseases in humans and animals.Because of the extensive use of antibiotics,multiple drug resistance to Campylobacteris increasing.It will threaten the public health once the resistant Campylobacterinfect humans through food chain.The main mechanisms of antimicrobial resistance in Campylobacter are mutation of antimicrobial target sites,the spread of resistance gene,and efflux mechanism.Here we reviewed the bactericidal mechanism of antimicrobials which are frequently used in clinic and the resistance mechanisms of Campylobacterto them.We hope that it can supply scientific basis to control the emergence and the spread of resistant Campylobacter and provide guarantee for public health.
