摘要 设计3个激素剂量水平(PMSG 180IU、200IU、220IU,PG 0.05mg、0.1mg、0.2mg),采用CIDR+PMSG法和CIDR+PG法对陇东绒山羊和小尾寒羊进行同期发情处理。结果表明:CIDR+PMSG(200IU)处理组、CIDR+PG(0.1mg)处理组,同期发情率最高;同一种激素水平处理下,陇东绒山羊同期发情率均高于小尾寒羊;发情时间主要集中在0~48h内,发情数占处理数的50%以上。 Three hormone levels(PMSG 180 IU, 200 IU and 220 IU; PG 0.05 mg, 0.1 mg and 0.2 mg)were designed in this study. The estrus synchronization of Longdong cashmere goats and Small-tail ban sheep were treated by CIDR+ PMSG and CIDR +PG method. The results showed that the rates of estrus synchronous in the group of 200 IU PMSG and 0.1 mg PG were higher than the other groups. Under the same hormonal levels, the rate of estrus synchronous in Longdong cashmere goat was better than that of small-tail ban sheep. The estrus synchronous time was focused on 0-48 h, and the ratio of estrus number to treatment number was over 50%.
