马铃薯茎叶中茄尼醇提取技术研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 从马铃薯茎叶中提取茄尼醇是其资源化利用的有效途径。国内外学者分别采用溶剂提取、皂化、结晶等步骤从马铃薯叶中提取茄尼醇,采用微波辅助萃取、超临界CO2萃取、反相超临界CO2萃取、溶剂与分子蒸馏技术组合提取、纤维素酶和脂肪酶双酶偶联的酶解技术从马铃薯茎叶废弃物中提取、纯化茄尼醇,并对茄尼醇进行了抗衰老、抗氧化、抑菌活性、免疫组化研究。本文综述了利用马铃薯茎叶提取茄尼醇主要途径、国内外研究现状、相关技术及科技成果,为开展相关研究提供参考借鉴。 Extracting solanesol from potato stems and leaves is an effective way of resourceful utilization. Domestic and overseas scholars used the methods of solvent extraction, saponification and crystallization ect. to extract the solanesol. They also used microwave--assisted extraction, supercritical CO2 extraction, reversed supercritical CO2 extraction, combination of sol vent and molecular distillation extraction and the link-coupled enzymolysis of cellulose and lipase to extract and purify solanesol from the castoff of potato stems and leaves. They both made some research of anti-aging, antioxidation, bacteriostatic activity and immunohistochemistry about the solanesol. The main ways, domestic and overseas research status, the related techniques and scientific and technological achievements of solanesol extraction from potato stems and leaves were summarized in this paper, so as to provide reference for concerned studies.
