玉米秸秆黄贮及饲喂肉羊效果分析

Biology Ferment of Maize Straw and Effect Analysis after Feeding Mutton Sheep

玉米秸秆黄贮饲料具有适口性好、营养价值高、原材料来源广、经济实惠且保存期长等多种优点。本试验发现玉米桔杆经发酵处理后,其中粗蛋白含量提高了27%,粗脂肪含量提高了71%以上,粗纤维下降了22%,无氮浸出物下降了16%,干物质下降了55%。将其饲喂沙福克和小尾寒羊杂交F1代肉羊试验,发现日增重超过了40%,取得了显著的效果。因此,玉米秸秆黄贮饲喂肉羊,营养价值高,促进了肉羊的快速出栏,并保证了全年多汁饲料的供应,是促进玉米桔杆养羊的好途径。

The fermented fodder of ensiled maize straw has good palatability, high nutritional value, wide source of raw materials, economical and long storage period. The crude protein and crude fat content were increased by 9,7 % and 71%, respectively. The crude fiber, nitrogen free extract and dry matter were decreased by 22%, 16% and 55%, respectively. The fermented fodder used to feed F1 generation that was crossbreeded by Suffolk and Small--tail han sheep, the result indicated that the daily gain was increased more than 40%, and the feeding effect was remarkable. Therefore, feeding sheep with the fermented fodder of ensiled maize straw had high nutritional value, which promoted the rapid slaughter of mutton sheep, ensured the supply of juicy feed throughout the year, and it was a good way to promote the corn straw to raise sheep.
