摘要
介绍了导热油循环加热系统的工艺流程,该系统包括供热循环系统、注油系统、排气系统、冷油置换系统、紧急冷却系统、安全排放系统、稳压旁路系统等。通过热载体加热技术在压延法人造革生产中的应用研究,讨论了用热设备及其结构型式,设计计算了用热设备的工作温度和用热量,进行了热油炉和导热油的设计选型与技术参数的分析,最后给出了导热油供热回路系统温度自动控制与流量控制的方法。
The technological process of cylic heating system with heat-conducting oil is introduced, which includes circulating heat supply system, oil injection system, exhaust system, cold oil displacement system, emergency cooling system, safe discharge system, and constant pressure bypass system. Through the research on the application of heating technology with heat-carrier in the production of calendaring artificial leather, the heat consuming equipments and their structures are discussed, the working temperature and heat consumption are designed and calculated. Besides, the design, type selection, and technical parameters of hot oil furnace and heat- conducting oil are analyzed. At last, methods for automatic temperature control and flow control in circulating heat supply system with heat-conducting oil are given.
