摘要
目的:观察野黄芩苷对人舌鳞癌Tca8113细胞Fas和Fas L表达的影响。方法:体外培养人舌鳞癌Tca8113细胞分为对照组、不同浓度野黄芩苷药物组,野黄芩苷组分别用80μg/ml、120μg/ml、160μg/ml的野黄芩苷作用人舌鳞癌Tca8113细胞48h。采用免疫细胞化学法观察野黄芩苷对人舌鳞癌Tca8113细胞Fas和FasL表达的影响。结果:用药组Tca8113细胞Fas和FasL的表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);并且随着野黄芩苷药物浓度的增加,Fas和FasL的表达水平逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论:野黄芩苷可能通过促进人舌鳞癌Tca8113细胞Fas蛋白和FasL蛋白的表达促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。
Objective:To observe the effects of scutellarin on expression of Fas and FasL in human tongue squamous carcinoma Tca8113 cells.Methods:Human tongue squamous carcinoma Tca8113 cells were cultured in vitro and divided into control group and 3 scutellarin groups with different concentrations(80μg/ml,120μg/ml,160μg/ml).Immunocytochemical stain was used to detect the expression of Fas and FasL in human tongue squamous carcinoma Tca8113 cells.Results:The Fas and FasL expression level in Tca8113 cells of scutellarin groups was obviously higher than that of control group(P〈0.05);Moreover,with increasing of scutellarin concentrations,the Fas and FasL expression increased gradually(P〈0.05).Conclusions:Scutellarin may promote tumour cells apoptosis by upregulating the expression of Fas and FasL in human tongue squamous carcinoma Tca8113 cells.
