国产与进口紫杉醇治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效和药物经济学分析

ANALYSIS OF CURATIVE EFFECTS AND PHARMACOECONOMICS FOR TREATING ADVANCED BREAST CANCER WITH DOMESTIC AND IMPORTED PACLITAXEL

目的:比较国产与进口紫杉醇治疗晚期乳腺癌的近期疗效、安全性以及两种方案的药物经济学。方法:回顾性分析53例紫杉醇联合表阿霉素治疗晚期乳腺癌患者的临床资料,其中国产紫杉醇组28例、进口紫杉醇组25例,比较两种治疗方案的近期疗效、不良反应和经济学成本。结果:国产紫杉醇组与进口紫杉醇组治疗晚期乳腺癌的近期疗效和不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但国产紫杉醇组的治疗成本明显低于进口紫杉醇组(P<0.05)。结论:治疗晚期乳腺癌,国产紫杉醇的有效性和安全性与进口紫杉醇相当,但在药物经济学上更优于进口紫杉醇。

Objective：To compare the short-term effects,security and pharmacoeconomics for treating advanced breast cancer with domestic and imported paclitaxel.Methods：The clinical data of 53 cases advanced breast cancer patients that were treated with paclitaxel combined epirubicin were retrospectively analyzed.There had 28 patients in domestic paclitaxel group and 25 patients in imported paclitaxel group.The short-term effects,adverse reactions and economics cost were compared.Results：There was no significant difference about short-term effects and incidence rate of adverse reactions between domestic paclitaxel group and imported paclitaxel group（P〈0.05）.But the treatment cost of domestic paclitaxel group was obviously lower than imported paclitaxel group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The efficacy and security for treating advanced breast cancer with domestic paclitaxel are equal to imported paclitaxel;But domestic paclitaxel is better than imported paclitaxel in pharmacoeconomics..
