武汉市2013年城乡居民脑血管疾病死亡及减寿分析

A Analysis of the Death Distribution and Life Lost of Cerebrovascular Disease Among Wuhan Urban and Rural Residents in 2013

目的:了解武汉市城乡居民脑血管疾病死亡分布及寿命损失情况,为制定相应防控策略提供依据。方法:对武汉市2013年脑血管疾病死亡登记资料进行分析,通过计算粗死亡率、标化死亡率、潜在减寿年数(PYLL)、减寿率(PYLLR)、标化减寿率(SPYLLR)、平均减寿年数(AYLL)等指标评价武汉市脑血管疾病死亡及寿命损失情况。结果:武汉市居民脑血管疾病总体死亡率为171.90/10万,因脑血管疾病死亡的PYLL,PYLLR,SPYLLR和AYLL分别为34 473人年,5.13‰,1.64‰和11.73人年。减寿率农村(3.12‰)高于城市(2.39‰),男性(3.65‰)高于女性(1.65‰)。减寿率顺位前三位依次为:出血性脑卒中,脑血管后遗症和缺血性脑卒中。结论:武汉市居民脑血管疾病死亡率高,主要危及60岁及以上老年人和男性居民,是武汉市城乡居民的重要疾病负担。

Objective：To review the data of death distribution and year of life lost（YLL）of cerebrovascular disease among urban and rural residents in Wuhan,and to provide evidences for prevention and control measures.Methods：Data of cerebrovascular disease death that collected from the cause of death Surveillance System in Wuhan were analyzed.The crude mortality,age-standardized mortality,potential years of life lost（PYLL）,potential years of life lost rate（PYLLR）and average years of life lost（AYLL）of cerebrovascular disease were calculated,so as to evaluate the death characteristics and life lost of cerebrovascular disease.Results：The overall mortality of cerebrovascular disease was 171.90 per 100 000 among Wuhan residents.The PYLL,PYLLR,SPYLLR,and AYLL of cerebrovascular disease were 34 473person-years,5.13 per thousand,1.64 per thousand and 11.73person-years respectively.The rural PYLLR was 3.12 per thousand,which was higher than that of urban（2.39 per thousand）,and as well as male（3.65 per thousand）higher than female（1.65 per thousand）.The top three sequence of PYLLR were hemorrhagic stroke,sequelae of cerebrovascular disease,and ischemic stroke.Conclusion：The mortality of cerebrovascular disease among Wuhan residents is high,which endangers the elderly aged over 60 and the male population.Cerebrovascular diseases have been the important disease burden for the urban and rural residents in Wuhan.
