摘要
为解决空气压缩机内涡轮叶片疲劳分析较为困难的问题,首先利用逆向工程技术,得到其三维模型,导入UG软件,然后应用UG软件的有限元分析功能,对涡轮叶片进行静力学分析和疲劳分析,计算出其疲劳寿命。结果表明:综合运用2种技术对涡轮叶片进行疲劳分析,能取得很好的效果。
In order to solve the problem of fatigue analysis of turbine blade in air compressor,the 3D model was obtained by using reverse engineering technology. Then the UG software was used to analyze and calculate the fatigue life of turbine blade by using the finite element analysis function of UG software. The results show that the fatigue analysis of turbine blade has achieved good results by combining these two techniques.
