摘要
用热显微镜研究了焦锑酸钠、硫锑酸钠和白砒等澄清效果的对比试验。实验结果证明,在相同的工艺条件下,焦锑酸钠的澄清效果优于白砒,而硫锑酸钠的澄清效果又优于焦锑酸钠,并对实验结果进行了讨论。为了了解这些澄清剂对配合料在加热过程中的作用,还对这些配合料进行了差热、热失重和高温X-射线衍射分析。
Heatable stage microscope analysis was performed for the comparative test to study the refining efficiency of arsenic, sodium pyroanthnonate and sodium sulfanthnonate. The results showed that the refining effeciency of sodium pyroanthnonate was better than arsenic, and the sodium sulfantimonate better than sodium pyroantimonate under the same technological conditions. The batches containing these refining agents have been investigated with DTA, TGA and high temperature X-ray diffraction, in order to find out the effect of these refining agents on the batch in the process of heating.
