大功率线性变换器的变压器设计

摘要 在现代电力电子学中,线性变换器的输出具有谐波小、抗干扰能力比较好、稳定性强的特点。为解决应用中所需要的稳定输出功率的问题,采用一种线性变换器作为输出电源。分析电源所有的标准要求,得到输出2800 W的功率要求。线性变换器设计的核心是主变压器的设计,不仅要求能够调控变压器输出的变比,同时还要求能够输出足够大的功率。为此,设计出能够提供高效、稳定功率的主变压器,以更好地利用能源。 In modern power electronics,small linear output of the converter has better characteristics such as small harmonics,anti- jamming and strong stability. In practical application,in order to solve the problem of stable output power,a linear transducer is used as the output power. Based on the analysis of all the standard requirements needed by power supply,the output of 2800 w power required is determined. The core of linear converter design is the design of the main transformer,not only needing to be able to control the transformer output variable ratio,but also requiring the output power to be large enough. To solve the shortcoming of low efficiency and better use energy,the main transformer is designed to provide efficient and stable power.
