网络环境下高校外语教师发展的调查与策略

Investigation and Strategy on College Foreign Language Teacher Development in Network Environment

针对当前教师发展资源匮乏、发展模式单一等问题,采用问卷调查法,分析高校外语教师个人发展的现状,以及教师对网络资源的作用情况,探讨网络资源在教师自我发展中的作用,为探索教师发展的新途径,丰富教师发展的视角和维度,促进高校外语教师发展具有积极的作用。

In view of the current problems such as lack of resources and single development mode for teacher development,this article uses questionnaire method to analyze college foreign language teachers＇ individual development and discuss the role of network resources in the teachers ＇ professional development,which plays a positive role in exploring new approaches to teacher development,enriching perspectives and dimensions of teacher development,and promoting college foreign language teacher development.
