Construction Strategy of Practice Teaching System in Higher Vocational Colleges

建立完善的实践教学体系对于高职技术技能型人才培养意义重大,也是衡量高职院校办学质量的重要标准。从实践教学体系建设的必要性入手,深入分析实践教学体系对于高职人才培养的价值和意义,并从实训基地建设、"双师型"师资培养、实践课程构建以及完善专业人才培养目标等多视角出发,提出高职实践教学体系建设的有效策略,以期为高职人才培养提供一条有效的发展道路。

Establishing a sound practice teaching system is significant for training technical skilled talents in higher vocational colleges, which is also an important standard to measure educational quality of higher vocational colle- ges. From the necessity of practice teaching system construction, this article analyzes the value and significance of practice teaching system for higher vocational talent training. From the perspectives of practice training base con- struction, double -qualified teacher training, practice training course construction and professional talent training goal perfection, it suggests some effective strategies to construct higher vocational practice teaching system to pro- vide an effective development path for higher vocational talent training.
