目前中国新能源汽车市场尚不成熟,政策的影响至关重要。首先介绍并概括了中国新能源汽车政策发展历程,然后对目前中国新能源汽车市场中最重要的部分——私人购买市场的相关政策发展趋势做出分析,最后指出亟需做出政策调整的方面。

Now, Chinese new energy vehicle market is not so mature, as a result, the policy is the most important influence factor. This thesis makes a summary about the development history of Chinese new energy vehicle policy. And what＇s more, it analyzes the development trend of the policy about personal purchase market, for it is the most important part of Chinese new energy vehicle market. Finally, it also points out the aspects which the policy needs to improve.
