摘要
针对某乘用车低速掉头等工况下大角度转向后车辆回正性能差的问题,通过对各种影响因素进行详细的故障树分析,其根本原因为四轮定位参数设计不合理导致整车回正力矩偏小。经过理论分析及试验验证,通过优化四轮定位参数增加整车回正力矩,控制悬架、转向系统零部件关键性能减小整车回正阻力矩,提升了整车低速回正性能,为后期解决类似问题提供参考依据。
For the poor returnability performance of a car at low speed, it's found through fault tree analysis of various influ- ence factors in detail, the fundamental reason is the low self-aligning torque of the car caused by unreasonable designed wheel alignment parameters. After theoretical analysis and experimental verification, by increasing self-aligning torque with optimized four wheel alignment parameters and reducing self-aligning resistance by controlling friction of the suspension and steering sys- tem parts, the problems are effectively solved, the returnability performance of the vehicle is improved and reference basis for solution of later similar problems is provided.
