摘要 针对设计开发阶段可靠性试验中出现的轮胎与轮罩干涉问题,由材料力学原理通过数学计算获取了扭力梁悬架的剪切中心,将轮胎在上下跳过程中的轮心和轴线基于欧拉几何坐标变换方法进行转换,快速建立了后轮包络体,结合公司设计规范,分析出现干涉的位置并提出解决方案,还指出了轮距的变化情况,同时建立了扭力梁的有限元模型,通过建立刚柔耦合的ADAMS模型获取了轮胎包络,经过对比分析证明了本文方法的准确性。 This paper is aimed to analyze the interference between the wheel and the wheel-cover during the car development periods. According to materials mechanics principle, based on the spatial coordinate transformation matrix and analytic geometry of space, the shear center of a certain torsion beam suspension is established and calculated, and then the envelope is got quickly. Then the location of interference is analyzed and solution is given combined with the design standard of our company. Besides, the wheelbase variation is pointed out. A finite element model of the torsion beam is established. By the ADAMS model of the suspension, the envelope is created, and this method is proved accurate by comparison and analysis.
