摘要
研究了冲锋衣防水、透湿性能的评价方法,并对市场上的冲锋衣进行了实测分析,结果表明:冲锋衣防水、透湿性能可按GB/T21295—2014测试和评价;冲锋衣产品鱼龙混杂,多数不具备防水透湿功能;邦迪斯门淋雨法适用于评价织物的动态拒水性,并与耐静水压、表面沾水等级正向相关;覆膜产品透湿性能好于涂层产品。
In this paper,the waterproof and moisture permeability evaluation method of Technical Jacket was studied.The products of technical jacket on the market were tested and analyzed as wel1.The results show that the waterproof and moisture permeability of technical jacket can be tested and evaluated according to GB/T21295—2014; most of technical jackets have no waterproof and moisture permeability;dynamic water repellency of technical jacket can be tested and evaluated by Bundesmann rain-shower test,and positively related to hydrostatic pressure and surface water retaining level.Film products of moisture permeability are better than coating products.
