事业单位退休准备人员个案及退休准备教育研究

Study on the Cases of Retirement Candidates and the Retirement Education in Public Institutions

随着我国社会的老龄化日益加重,事业单位里的退休准备阶段人员数量也日显庞大,关于他们在这个阶段的问题逐渐显现。上世纪五六十年代出生的事业单位退休准备人员这一群体既具有临退休员工的共性,也具有他们这一代人特殊的时代性。因此,从事业单位退休准备人员的个案出发,深入剖析其工作状态及造成这种工作状态的原因,并提出加强事业单位退休准备教育的措施,势在必行。

With the aging of our society becoming more and more serious,the group in institutions＇ retirement preparation stage is increasingly huge,and the problem of being in this stage has emerged gradually highlighted. The institution staff at retirement preparation stage both in 1950 s and 1960 s has both the common features of the retired employees,but also has the special time of their generation. Therefore,it is essential for us to analyze the working status and the reasons with cases,and put forward the relevant measures of strengthening the education of retirement in public institutions＇ innovation.
