摘要
农村管理精英地位获得的二元logistic回归模型表明:农村管理精英选拔虽然仍然遵循学历和政治忠诚的优先选拔标准。虽然这一标准提高了农村管理精英的文化水平和素质,但在社会转型的过程中,管理精英过分依赖人情观念、人情关系网的现状并未随着现代化公平公正意识的传播而萎缩,反而有不断加重趋势。人情观念和人情关系内化于精英行为、建构精英行动、超越精英自身能力而成为管理精英地位获得的内部逻辑。这种精英地位获得的逻辑显然对农村阶层的合理流动不利。
The result of the binary logistic regression of rural administrative elite status acquisition shows that: the selection of the administrative elite still follow the priority criteria of education and political loyalty. It truly improved the rural administrative elite's culture quality and accomplishment,but the phenomena that administrative elite over rely on interpersonal relationship conception and net to acquire their status has not been released but increased. A relationship concept,interpersonal relationship internalizes and construction of elite behaviors transcends elites' abilities to become inter-logic,which is obviously not beneficial for the reasonable flow of rural class.
